Wow! Almost forgot -While we're going to be racing this Saturday at Hagan Stone Park, that doesn't mean the ride is off! Come on out and pre-ride the course before we start racing at 11, then stick around and have a hotdog while you watch the race! Click the link to find park info and directions. Minions Ride 4/21 Country Park 10:00

Alright kids, grab your parents and tell them to take you Country Park this Saturday at 10:00!

We'll be meeting at Safety Town parking lot and heading out for at least 1 lap, and maybe more.

As always, this is a no-drop ride, so tell your parents not to worry, we'll wait periodically for them to catch up, and will even ride with them if they need a little encouragement! ;) :lol:

Recent rainy weather has thrown a stick in our spokes the past few weekends, but with an 80% chance of awesome this weekend, we might finally have a chance to kick off the 2012 Minions season!

This Saturday, March 31, (once again) we'll be riding the Blue Heron trail with an option to add the new Kingfisher loop for the more adventurous.

Meet at the Church St. trailhead at 10:00
-Make sure to bring plenty of water and snacks and all riders must wear a helmet

We're Back!

I can't believe it's been almost 6 months since Take A kid Mountain Biking Day and we haven't had any updates! To be fair, after October, things cooled off pretty quickly, so there really wasn't that much to talk about. But now that spring is here, the temps are rising and it's time to get the kids back on their bikes! We've got a lot of fun stuff planned for this year, so stay tuned....

First up - The Piedmont Youth Mountain Bike League is having it's inaugural Spring Race Series! A 4 race series just for kids 14 and under divided into 5 different age groups. Check out pymbl.org for more information, and follow us on Facebook at facebook.com/pymbl

Second - The weekly Minions rides will also be starting back up now that spring is here! Check back here on Wednesdays to find out where we'll be riding.
